1 1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon stevia
1/2 lemon sliced
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1/2 cup tapioca pearls, rinsed and drained
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in baking dish. Make sure sweetener dissolves.
Pour a cup of water into Instant pot, add a trivet and place baking dish on trivet
Cook on high pressure for six minutes.
Select quick release.
Serve warm or chilled with lemon wedges.
