Arroz Rojo Recipe

3 Tomatoes
1/2 Onion
1 Garlic
2tbs canola oil
1cup Jasmine ride
2cups water
1tbs Sazon goya seasoning
2tbs chicken flavor

Blend tomatoes, onion and garlic. (set aside)
Fry the rice until golden brown.
Add tomato sauce and bring to a boil.
Add water, goya and chicken flavor. (add salt to taste)
Cook in a low a low boil until water is absorbed.
