8 slices bread-decrust, spread with butter, both side.
Place in greased 13X9 or 2 9X9 dishes
2 lbs pork sausage- brown, crumble, drain well; spoon over bread.
2 cups shredded cheese; spread over
Directions:

6 beaten eggs
2 cups half and half
1 tsp salt
Combine the three ingredients; pour over cheese and cover

Chill overnight
Remove 15 minutes before baking
Bake uncovered 350º for 45 minutes
