1 3 oz. box lime jello
1 c. boiling water
2 c. small marshmallows
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
1 c. whipping cream
½ c. chopped nuts
dash of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add marshmallows, stir until dissolved. Stir in salt and pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in cottage cheese, whipping cream and nuts. Place in 8x8 inch pan and chill.
