2 slices bacon
1 1/2 c. chopped ham
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 jalapeņo (or how ever much you want), chopped
2 cloves minced garlic (or teaspoon of garlic powder)
3 medium size tomatoes, chopped
1 15 oz. can of pinto beans, rinsed and drained
cilantro for serving

In large skillet cook the bacon until medium crisp. Add the ham, onion, green pepper, jalapeņo and garlic . Cook and stir 4 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir in the tomatoes and pinto beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top with cilantro.
