3 C sugar
½ t salt
2 t soda
⅛ t cloves
½ t baking powder
2 t cinnamon
¼ t nutmeg
1 t vanilla
3½ c flour
1c water
1 c oil
4 eggs
2 c puréed pumpkin
1 c nuts chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients. Add water,oil, eggs, and pumpkin stir. Add nuts and vanilla stir until mixed.
Put in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 325º for 90 min
