1 1/2 lbs boneless beef chuck roast (1 1/2" thick) Freeze steak 30 minutes and slice into thin strips
10 1/2 oz condensed beef consommé, undiluted
1/2 C oyster sauce
2 Tbs cornstarch
16 oz bag fresh broccoli florets
Hot cooked rice
Sesame seeds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef in crockpot. Pour consomme and oyster sauce over beef slices. Cover; cook on high 3 hours.

Stir 2 Tbs cooking liquid into cornstarch in small bowl until smooth. Add to crockpot. Stir well to combine. Cover; cook on high 15 minutes or until thickened.

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Add to crockpot; toss gently to mix.

Serve with rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
