2 T butter
2T flour
1 1/2 c. Warm milk
1 2.5 oz pkg Hormel dried beef
dash of pepper

Directions:

In a medium saucepan over low heat ‘ melt butter. Whisk in flour all at once to form a roux.
Whisk in milk a little at a time’ increase heat to medium - high’ stirring until thickened .
Bring to a boil’ stir in chopped beef with a dash of pepper.
Heat through and serve on toast.
