16 oz pasta of your choice
¼ cup butter
3 TBSP all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 8oz package of cream cheese
½ tsp salt and black pepper
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 TBSP butter
2 TBSP chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º, And cook pasta according to package directions, cooking until al dente.
2. In large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in flour. Make a rue by browning the flour, stirring until smooth. Mix in milk, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard. Continue cooking until sauce thickens. Add more milk if it gets too thick. Add pasta and Cheddar cheese, mix well.
3. Pour into greased casserole dish. In small bowl mix together bread crumbs, butter, and parsley. Spread over the top of macaroni and cheese.
4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
