Marinade:
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP olive oil
½ tsp salt & pepper
¼ tsp oregano & cumin
2 garlic cloves

Sauce:
1 English cucumbers
1 tsp salt
½ cup plain yogurt
½ cup mayonnaise
2 TBSP parsley
2 TBSP fresh mint
2 garlic cloves

Serve with feta cheese and pita bread

Combine marinade and pour over chicken. Marinade in fridge up to 24 hours.

Cucumber Sauce:
grate cucumber and put in strainer with salt. Set aside for 15 minutes. Then squeeze excess liquid from cucumber. Blend grated cucumber with remaining sauce ingredients and refrigerate.

Grill chicken. Serve sauce on side with feta cheese and pitas.
