Easy Fix'n (bread machine):
Put the ingredients in your bread machine. Select the "Dough" setting. Push "start" After dough has mixed about 3-5 minutes make sure the dough is mixing properly and then go sit down and relax for an hour.

Actual directions:
Thoroughly mix flour, sugar, and salt together in a bowl. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water, let proof and add to flour mixture. Stir and then add olive oil. Stir until the dough begins to form a ball in the bowl. Place the ball of dough on a lightly floured dough cloth and knead for 8-10 minutes. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover and let it rise in a warm draft free place until doubles in size. Punch down and kneed again and allow to rise for an additional 20 minutes. Roll out the dough to form a circle slightly larger than your pizza brick. Form a rim about ¼ inch high around the edges with the excess dough.
