2 T. taco seasoning or 1 packet
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
4 oz. cream cheese
14-16 large pasta shells, cooked
1 c. salsa
1 c. taco sauce
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. monterey jack cheese
Green onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Brown ground beef or turkey, drain and add taco seasoning. Stir in cream cheese until melted.
Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray and layer bottom of pan with salsa. Fill each pasta shell with the meat mixture and place in pan. Drizzle taco sauce on top of everything. Cover and bake about 20 min. Uncover and top with shredded cheese. Bake for an additional 10-15 min. Top with green onion.

This dish freezes very well and is a great meal to bring someone with all the yummy sides of rice, beans, chips & salsa!
