Bread or roll dough
pinch of salt
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. brown sugar
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Pour cream into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Set balls touching on the brown sugar mixture . Let rise until doubled and bake until golden. To remove from pan, run knife around edge to loosen and flip the pan upside down on a flat platter. Best if eaten while warm.
