4-6 veal round steaks
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 C cracker meal
4 Tbs oil
2 Tbs butter
4 Tbs dry white wine
2 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese
4 Tbs spaghetti or marinara sauce
4-6 slices Monterey Jack cheese
salt and pepper to taste
parsley, chopped (garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Dip veal steaks into eggs, season with salt and pepper. Dip into cracker meal. Brown veal on both sides in oil and butter.

Place in shallow baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cover with sauce.

Bake in 325º oven for 30 minutes or until veal is tender.

Just before service, add Monterey Jack cheese slice on each steak. Add more sauce, if desired.

Garnish with fresh parsley
