6 large portabella mushrooms
2 pkgs frozen creamed spinach, thawed
8 oz Guerrier cheese
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 C bread crumbs
1/2 C chopped pecans
1/2 C Parmesan cheese
1 Tbs butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease bottom of 9x12" baking dish with bacon grease and sprinkle with garlic garni.

Put mushrooms in baking dish (bottoms up and stems removed).

Combine creamed spinach, 2 C Guerrier cheese, bacon and bread crumbs to desired consistency. Add pecans.

Fill mushroom caps with mixture and bake in 325º oven for 45 minutes.

Sprinkle with 1/2 C Parmesan, 1/2 C Guerrier cheese, 1/2 C bread crumbs and butter and broil till brown.
