Cake Mix
1 box Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix
1 bottle red cake coloring
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 stick margarine
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup buttermilk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda

Cream Cheese Frosting
1 8 oz. cream cheese package
1 box powdered sugar

Cake preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix cake and cocoa in a separate large bowl.
3. Mix vanilla, buttermilk, cake coloring, margarine, and eggs in large bowl; blend until moist.
4. Add soda, vinegar, and mix into cake mixture; beat for 4 minutes at medium speed.
5. Pour cake batter into 2 prepared cake pans.
6. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
7. Let cake cool for 15-20 minutes

1. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth consistency.
2. Take one pan and plate, pour a portion of frosting and coat, place the other cake on top and coat with frosting.
