1 pound Pork Sausage
2 ½ cups buttermilk biscuit mix (Bisquick)
1 ½ cups grated cheddar cheese
¼ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine sausage, biscuit mix, cheese and milk. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Refrigerate, if desired. Bake 20 - 25 minutes in 350º oven.

Makes about 48 balls.
