Ingredients:  
1 lb bacon
2 Tbs curry (or more to taste)
2 lbs tip or round sirloin steak (cubed)
1/4 C flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp marjoram
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 beef bouillon cube, crushed
1/2 C red wine
1/2 C water

Toppings:
Sliced bananas,
Mushrooms
Celery
Raisins
Salted peanuts
Cooked, Crumbed Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon, set aside. Coat beef in flour and brown in bacon drippings
(use only 2 Tbs drippings at a time).

Combine beef with seasonings in crock pot.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours (or until tender). Let sit overnight.

Reheat; serve beef curry over rice and let guests add toppings of their choice.
