5-6 medium green peppers
1 lb lean ground pork
1/2 C chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
6 oz tomato paste
1 1/2 C water
1 1/2 C cooked rice
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tops off peppers, remove seeds, parboil in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain.

Brown pork with onions and garlic. Drain. Stir in salt, pepper, and paprika.

Combine tomato paste with water.

Combine pork, rice, egg and 1 C tomato mixture; fill peppers.

Place stuffed peppers in shallow baking dish; pour remaining tomato sauce over peppers.

Bake in 375º oven for 25-30 minutes.
