1/4 C salad oil
1/4 C garlic flavored wine vinegar
2 Tbs dry red wine
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and chill.

Use over salad composed of: baby spinach, chopped hard boiled egg, crumbled bacon and sliced mushrooms.
