Ah, the joy of dehydrated fruit!

This is as simple and delicious as it gets!

What you’re going to need:
Fresh or canned fruit, cubed into 3/4” chunks
Time (about 10 hours)

Peel, de-seed, de-pith fruit. Cube into medium 3/4” chunks.

Arrange on the slotted racks directly. Fill the entire tray if you want, just don’t pile the fruit on top of each other. (Adjascent=good, on top=bad)

• Use the bottom two racks of the vortex
• Close the oven door
• Press the [Dehydrate] button on the Vortex
• Use 135°F temperature
• Set timer for 10 hours for up to 2 lbs of fruit (900g). Add one additional hour per pound of fruit you go over. I did 4 pounds total so I did 12 hours.
• Go to sleep, dreaming of tasty natural fruit chews.
• Remove when finished.

Store in a zippered plasic bag or nom immediately.
