1 White Onion, Medium
1 Cup Vegetable Broth
1 Lemon (Can add more if wanted)
½ Heaping Cup Cashews Raw Unsalted
5 Large Garlic Cloves. Can add or substitute Roasted Garlic
2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast. (Cheese flavor-Can add more if wanted)
Salt
Pepper
Optional: Red Pepper Flakes
Optional: Italian Seasoning

1. Bring Cashews to a boil. Reduce heat, cover & let simmer for 15-20 min. (Check to make sure they are soft)

2. Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend On & Off for about 4 min. (Make sure the sauce is not chunky!)

3. And you're done! :)

Mix with pasta and shrimp for a yummy shrimp alfredo!
