6 Medium Russet potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
Sea salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes clean and cut into 1/2 inch wedges. Place in bowl or zip-lock bag and coat with olive oil and sea salt. Grill on medium hot grill until potatoes are soft and golden brown (about 5 minutes). Serve warm.
