¾ CUP PEANUT BUTTER
½ CUP SHORTENING
1¼ CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
1 EGG BEATEN
3 TBSP MILK
1 TSP VANILLA
1¾ CUP FLOUR
¾ TSP BAKING SODA
½ TSP SALT

PREHEAT OVER TO 375ºF

CREAM PEANUT BUTTER, SHORTENING, SUGAR, EFF, VANILLA AND MILK AT MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL SMOOTH.

COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING SODA AND SALT AND SLOWLY ADD TO CREAMED MIXTURE.

ROLL INTO SMALL BALLS AND PLACE ON AN UNGREASED BAKING SHEET. PRESS BALLS DOWN WITH FORK.

BAKE FOR 10 - 12 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
