1 pkg. Hot Dogs
1 pkg. Bacon
Toothpicks
1 pkg. String Cheese (or use cheesy hotdogs)
1 pkg. Buns
other hot dog toppings of your choice
Directions:
Directions:
Slice cheese lengthwise into four pieces. Cut a clit in each hot dog, from one end to the other, without cutting through the bottom. Insert one piece of cheese into the slit of each hot dog. Wrap in bacon, secure with toothpicks and place horizontally on a roasting stick. Hold above the fire until the bacon is cooked through rotating stick occasionally, and watching for the bacon grease splattering. Takes a little while to get the bacon perfect. Remove and enjoy in a bun with toppings of your choice.
