Ingredients:  
1 pkg. fajita seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
1 lb. chicken breasts or tenders
1 red and green bell pepper
1 onion sliced
1 pkg. flour tortillas
toppings- cheddar cheese, sour cream, anything of your choice

Large zipplock bag, or freeze the chicken in the seasoning to take along frozen in cooler
Heavy duty Aluminum Foil or Foil Packs
Cooking Spray
Tongs

Cut chicken, peppers, onion into strips. Blend together fajita mix and water in plastic bag. Add chicken and veggies, seal bag and chill for 30 minutes. Spray a large piece of foil with cooking spray. Place chicken and veggies on foil, discard liquid. Seal foil packet and toss on hot coals for 30 mnutes or until chicken is cooked Turn occasionally. Use tongs to remove from heat, open carefully. Pile chicken and veggies on tortillas and serve with topping of your choice.
