1 1/2 cups unsweetend applesauce
1/2 cup Crisco
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp EACH soda, salt, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco, add sugar and beat well; add applesauce and beat well. Add 2 cups of dry ingredients that have been sifted together and beat well. Add raisins and nuts that have been mixed with the remaining 1/2 cup of flour. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan in a preheated 350 degree oven until done (when a toothpick comes our clean). Be careful to not overcook.
