½ cup rice vinegar
¼ cup fish sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 clove of garlic
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper
Pinch of salt
Ninja carrots - about 12 baby

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and serve over noodle bowl. Noodle bowl may consist of vermicelli, fresh romaine, celery, cucumbers, carrots, bean sprouts and a cooked meat of your choice (we use shrimp cooked in lime juice and garlic).
