Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 thick cut bacon strips
24 - 1" cubes of fresh pineapple
24 sliced water chestnuts
½ cup sesame ginger dressing
chopped green onion, to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Using a knife, cut each bacon slice crosswise into 2 pieces. Wrap 1 pineapple chunk and 1 water chestnut with 1 piece of bacon securing with a toothpick (I use skewers leaving about 1" between). Repeat until complete placing them on prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes, or until bacon is almost done, turning once. Brush with dressing and bake 5 more minutes. Broil if needed for crispier bacon.
