1 lb ground turkey
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Oregano and salt to taste
16 oz can Italian stewed tomatoes
1 medium zucchini (cut in bite size pieces)
1-2 ears of fresh corn
Directions:
Directions:
Brown turkey and onion.
Add garlic, oregano and salt. Cook 1 minute.
Add stewed tomatoes. Cook 2-4 minutes.
Add zucchini and cook until it is tender yet still firm.

Turn off heat.

Add kernels cut off the raw corn stalks. Cover and let set 2-4 minutes.

Stir and make sure it's hot enough.
