4 cups home grown Strawberries
4 cups Sugar
1 package Sure jell

Directions:
Directions:
Wash strawberries and cut off stems
Crush strawberries with a potato masher
Add sugar to strawberries and let sit for a few hours stirring occasionally until sugar is dissolved
In a sauce pan stir one package sure jell with 3/4 cup of water
Turn stove on high and Bring to a boil
Boil for exactly 1 minute
Slowly pour into strawberries mixing the whole time
Cover bowl with a towel and let sit at least 12 hours
Put in container and refrigerate or freeze

Serve on toast, bread or even ice cream!
