1 lb. fresh broccoli
1 c.mayonaise
5 T. sugar
1/3 c. red onion
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 t. salt
8 oz bow tie pasta - cooked
2 c. red seedless grapes - halved
8 pc. bacon - crumbled
1 c. toasted pecans ( optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake pecans in single layer in shallow pan 5-7 minutes until lightly toasted, stirring half way through. This is an optional step
2. Cut broccoli florets from stems and separate into small pieces using a paring knife.
3. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, red onion, red wine vinegar and salt. Place over the cooked pasta.
4. Stir in the grapes and bacon.
5.Cover for three hours.
6. Just before serving, add the pecans
