50g Salt
1000g Warm Water(like a really warm bath water)
Mix and dissolve salt, set aside.

1600g Bread Flour
4 g Dry Yeast
Mix together & set aside.

20g Sugar
50g Olive Oil

This recipe can be divided in half for smaller portions:
25g Salt
500g Warm Water

800g Bread Flour
2 tsp. Dry Yeast
------------------------
10g Sugar
25g Olive Oil

Follow same directions below.

In a stand mixer add flour mixture & make a hole in the center, with hook attachment, add salted water to center of flour & set it to #1 until liquid is dissolved, scrap down sides.
Add in the sugar and olive oil and increase mixer to #2.
Remove dough when it looks partially mixed. Hand knead 8-10 min.

Cover and rest for 20 min. Divide & roll into a slight log & make sure dough ball is a large handful and work with 1 dough ball at a time.

When using this dough, spread out stretch to the shape you desire.
Add sauce, cheese and other condiments you like.
Bake on Pizza Stone set at 450ºF for 10-15 min.
