1 lb hamburger
4 cups sliced potato
1 medium onion
1 can cream of mushroom
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1/2 beef broth
1/2 milk
3cups shredded Colby Jack
Iím isa
1 seasoning pack from beef Ramon
Salt/Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
1) Boil sliced potatoes until tender.Drain and set aside.
2) Fry onion and ground beef. Set aside.
3) Mix Ramon seasoning pack into beef broth. In medium sauce pan, Melt butter. Add flour. Cook for 45 seconds. Stir in beef broth mixture. Mix until smooth. Allow to cool slightly and add milk. Continuing stirring until all lumps are gone.
4) Begin layering casserole. 1/2 of Potatoes, 1/3 of cheese, 1/2 of meat, 1/2 soup mix, 1/2 potato, 1/3 cheese, 1/2 meat, 1/2 soup mix, 1/3 cheese
5) place in oven
