2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 ounces white chocolate
2 tablespoons Cointreau
1 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk eggs until light. Beat in sugar. Stir in lemon juice, transfer to double boiler. Cook to coat stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chocolate until melted. Add Cointreau and set aside to cool, stirring occasionally. Whip cream just beyond soft peak stage. Fold into cooled lemon mix. Spoon into baked tart shell making swirls. Dome the center slightly. Chill 3 hours before serving.
