6-8 small tortillas
Olive oil
Sea Salt
Graded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place tortillas on cookie sheet in a single layer. Brush both sides with olive oil. Add salt to taste.

Bake at 400 8-10 minutes, flip and continue until golden brown. Sprinkle with graded cheese and allow to melt. Serve warm.
