1 cup whole milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 large eggs
Pinch salt
Vegetable oil as needed

Directions:
Directions:
In blender combine milk, flour, eggs and salt. Blend at high speed for 10 seconds or until fully incorporated. Place enough oil to cover bottom of popover pan and place in preheated 450 degree over for 5 minutes. Remove pan and fill to the top with popover batter. Bake for 25-35 minutes until popovers are golden brown. Remove immediately and serve with salted butter.
