Ingredients:  
1 can of coconut milk
2/3 cup of cow's milk
2 tbsp sugar or honey
4 tbsp potato starch
fruit for decoration

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring the mixture of coconut milk and sugar/honey to boil.
2. Slowly add mix of cow's milk and potato starch.
3. Reduce heat to minimum & keep stirring for 1 min.
4. Place the pudding in serving dishes, cool, decorate with fruit & serve.
