3½ cup self-rising flour
¼ cup oil
1¼ cup buttermilk
¼ cup melted butter
pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, add flour, then milk.
Mix with a Tbsp. until a ball forms.
Place dough on lightly floured surface &
sprinkle flour over dough.
Press out to 1 in. thickness & cut out.
Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake @ 500º until light brown.
When removed, brush tops with
melted butter & sprinkle with a dash of salt.
