6 cloves garlic, crushed
3 racks spareribs
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup grainy mustard
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup molasses
1 1/2 tbsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rub garlic in to both sides of ribs and season with salt and pepper. Place meat side down on a large baking sheet and bake 1 hour at 350. Flip ribs after 20 minutes. (Ribs can be baked a day ahead)
2. In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, grainy mustard, vinegar, molasses, and dry mustard. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat.
3. Place pre-baked ribs meaty side up on grill. Spread 1/3 of glaze over ribs and cook 5 minutes, or until bottom is browned. Turn, spread remaining glaze over ribs and grill another 5 minutes.
