2 chicken breasts, cut in bite-size pieces
1 bottle WF butter chicken sauce
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1/4 cup onion
1/2 cup diced tomatoe
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cumin seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet, add chicken and cook until browned. Add bottle of butter chicken sauce
2. In a separate skillet, heat oil and saute cumin seeds on high heat. When seeds start to sputter and pop, add garlic, ginger and onion and cook until browned.
3. Add cauliflower and tomatoe, cook until cauliflower looks glossy. Lower heat and simmer, cover until cooked through.
4. Salt to taste.
5. Serve butter chicken and cauliflower over rice or with naan bread
