1 cup mayo

1 loaf French bread sliced or sliced English muffins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and spread on bread slices or English muffins.
Bake at 400F for 8-10 minutes.
Cut each English muffin into 1/4s and serve hot.

N/B: These can be frozen prior to baking.
Some people spread the mixture on 12 muffin halves, cut each one in four portions and freeze on cookie sheet.
Once they're frozen, you can put into air tight container and back into freezer. You can bake from frozen. They last a considerable time in the freezer.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
These tasty bites are really delicious. Brenda makes them and was kind enough to share the recipe. Brenda & Bob are terrific neighbours on Castlestone Drive and are a very special part of our lives. Also, they love to play Sequence, as well as Hand & Foot, with the Evong's and us.
