1 cup flour
1 cup dry milk powder
½ cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
⅓ cup evaporated milk
2½ cups flaked coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour and dry milk powder. In a small bowl, beat margarine and add sugar; beat until fluffy. Add egg and evaporated milk. Beat well. Add flour, ⅓ cup water and beat well. Stir in coconut. Fill baking cups ¾ full. Bake 350ºF oven for 20 minutes.
