- 1 large can French Fried Onions
- 4 Chicken Breast, diced into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Cream of celery or potato soup
- 8 ounces Monterey Jack Cheese
- 8 ounces Pepper Jack Cheese

1. Layer above ingredients in order given, saving some french fried onions for top. Cover with foil . Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 30 minutes.

2. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

Notes:
Easily substitute one can of cream of mushroom. Cheese flavors can also be changed..
Can make ahead of time, but bring to room temperature before baking. Very tasty with boneless skinless chicken thighs.
