1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
½ cup water
Dash of salt
2 cups raw peanuts
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put peanuts, corn syrup, water, and salt in a 2-quart microwave safe bowl. Cook on high for 5 minutes; stir. Cook on high for 13 to 15 minutes until the mixture threads or is 300°F. Remove from microwave. Add butter, baking soda, and vanilla. Stir until light and bubbly. Pour onto buttered or silpat-lined cookie sheet. Cool and break into pieces.
