1 cup dry mustard
1 cup cider vinegar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Whisk together mustard and vinegar. Let stand in a covered bowl overnight. In top of a double boiler, combine eggs and sugar. Add mustard mixture, blending well. Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly until thick.
