6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
⅓ cup hot coffee
4 eggs, separated (pasteurized if possible)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Kahlua
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings

Directions:
Directions:
Place chocolate chips and hot coffee in an electric blender and blend on high for 30 seconds, or until smooth. Add the egg yolks and Kahlua. Blend for another 30 seconds.

In a medium-size bowl, beat egg whites until foamy and about doubled in volume. Gradually beat in sugar until well-blended. Fold in chocolate mixture until there are no streaks of white. Spoon into 6 parfait or wine glasses. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
