Ingredients:

1 c margarine or butter
4 T cocoa
1 c water
2 c sugar
2 c flour
½ c buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 t baking soda
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over stovetop, low heat.
Add cocoa and water.
Increase heat and bring to boil.
Remove from heat, add sugar and flour.
Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla.

Pour into a large greased bar pan.

Bake 20 minutes at 350º
 

Frosting

1 1/2 c sugar
6 T margarine/butter
6 T milk
1/2 c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Let boil for 30 seconds.
Remove from heat.
Add chips.
Stir until smooth.
Pour over cooled brownies.
Let frosting set before serving.
