2 tsp Grainy Mustard
3 tsp Honey
4 T Apple Cider
2 tsp Chicken Demi Glaze
1 T Butter
Pinch of salt and pepper (on meat)

Directions:
Directions:
Sear meat in an oiled pan. Then transfer to baking sheet to finish cooking in the oven. In same pan, add sauce ingredients. Bring to boil and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Add in butter to sauce. Stir and serve over meat.
