Crepes:
Use basic crepe recipe or do as Nancy does - buy them
Sauce Topping:
1 Pkg. Frozen Raspberries
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
Filling:
1/2 Pint Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Icing Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Almond Extract
3 Tbsp. Sugar
1 8 Oz Pkg. Cream Cheese.

Sauce:
Drain raspberries and put aside. Place liquid in small saucepan, add sugar and 2/3 cup of water and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Meanwhile, combine cornstarch and 2 Tbsp. cold water in a small bowl and mix. Stir boiling liquid. Return to saucepan and over low heat bring to a boil until it thickens. Remove from heat and stir in raspberries. Pour over crepes when stuffed.
Filling:
Whip cream. Fold in icing sugar, almond extract and sugar. Beat cream cheese and fold into cream mixture. Place in crepes and roll up.
